Project Overview
Trilliant Technology Group designed and implemented an automated imaging and workflow system at Dell that reduced the cycle time for lease approval from 6 hours to 5 minutes. The system, which interfaced with the Oracle-based lease management and manufacturing system, processed faxed lease applications and routed them to the appropriate lease coordinators for approval and release of orders to manufacturing. Trilliant was responsible for all phases of the project, from system design to production rollout for several departments.
