Project Overview
November 22nd marks the anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas. The suddent death of this young and vibrant world leader sent shockwaves around the globe. The assassination remains one of the most vividly remembered and controversial events of the 20th century.

Each year since JFK's death, hundreds of thousands of people come to Dealey Plaza from around the world to remember and understand his life and the tragic events of his death. The Sixth Floor Museum, located in the former Texas School Book Depository, was created to meet this widespread desire for information about a tragic and historically important event.

In concert with the Dallas architectural firm ArchiTexas, David Joiner was asked to provide audiovisual and acoustical consulting services for the modifications and enhancements to The Sixth Floor Museum Visitor's Center.
