1. Audit - a formal analysis and documentation of existing systems, equipment and services.

2. Planning and Conceptual Design - assessment of the goals of the organization and the ability of the current technology resources to enable the organization to reach those goals. The master plan goes beyond the current goals of an organization to plan the evolution of technology to meet the organization's long-term goals.

3. Detailed System Development & Documentation - making sure that the findings from the audit and conceptual design phases are developed into a detailed design and accurately represented in a comprehensive set of system specifications so that the client gets the performance they expect and require from technology.

4. Procurement - providing the process, documentation and negotiation to assure that clients get the best possible price and terms for any equipment or software necessary for the project.

5. Project Management - ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently and effectively to successfully design and deploy technology projects so the client receives full value for their expenditure.
